Yes, for covered breakdowns, ShieldPro Subsidiary will repair or replace the covered appliance subject to the limitations and exclusions in your plan agreement. We’ll even haul away your old defective unit. ShieldPro Subsidiary has the sole right to determine, according to the terms of your contract, whether a covered item will be repaired or replaced.
